YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings.
Not to be limited to; installing, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining facility equipment according to local and fire and safety facility requirements.
Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry / masonry work replacing windows, ordering parts supplies and securing township permits as needed.
Hang doors / door frames, window equipment from suppliers and provide estimates and repair cost. This position also includes incidental seasonal tasks such as : minor shoveling, raking leaves, etc.
Schedule :
- Full-Time :
Mon.
- Fri.
- 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm - Position requires availability to be On-Call for emergencies.
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma / Equivalent (GED)
- 1-5 years of maintenance / building work experience
