We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee security officers and ensure the safety of clients, employees, and property.

Shift(s):

7:00am-3:00pm (Monday
- Friday)

Job Duties:

* Supervise and manage a team of security officers during assigned shifts.

* Ensure officers follow company policies and post orders.

* Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback

* Manage shift coverage

* Monitor security activities and patrol areas to ensure safety.

* Conduct regular inspections of posts and security equipment.

* Ensure proper access control and visitor management.

* Maintain logs of security events and officer performance.

Requirements:

* Ability to lead and supervise

* Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time

* Previous supervisory experience required

* A strong work ethic

* The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
