Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or hazard concerns for reporting.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, assisting with way finding, and coordinating with medical staff and/or local responders as directed.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify credentials when required, and help maintain orderly movement through lobbies, waiting areas, and restricted departments.;
Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and follow-up documentation, and communicate observations to supervisors and client representatives.
