Maintain continuous state of alertness to control and secure the facility and residents.;
Ensure equipment for each watch is operational prior to relieving the watch, including radios, flashlights, and keys.;
Prepare shift documentation such as shift reports, work orders, security reports, and unusual incidents.;
Conduct radio checks and document results in the security log.;
Conduct frequent building patrols and monitor residents, ensuring doors and windows are secured.
