Ensure equipment necessary for the watch is operational and perform radio checks.;
Prepare shift documentation including shift reports, security reports, and unusual incidents that are legible and meet requirements.;
Relieve the watch and document handoffs; receive information from previous shift.;
Conduct building patrols, counts, and monitor residents and building security.;
Communicate effectively with staff and residents; participate in staff meetings to resolve issues.
