Overview
As the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Mid Atlantic Region at Elevate Healthcare, youll play a direct role in making healthcare, safer, healthier, and more productive by equipping clinicians with world-class simulation technology. This is a high-impact, high-visibility sales role where youll own your territory, build meaningful relationships, and drive real growth, while selling solutions that truly matter.

What Youll Do:
- Own and exceed your annual sales quota
- Grow existing accounts and win new customers across hospitals and academic institutions
- Sell a diverse portfolio including capital equipment, software, services, and training
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clinical, academic, and executive stakeholders
- Manage your pipeline with strong CRM and forecast discipline
- Prioritize smartly using Elevates 80/20 approach to maximize impact
Who You Are
- A driven, consultative sales professional with 3+ years of experience
- A natural hunter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
- Confident leading sales conversations and influencing decision-makers
- Tech-savvy and data-driven (Salesforce preferred), Power BI a plus.
- Experienced advisor by leveraging deep industry knowledge and insight to spark meaningful, value-driven dialogue.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree required in business, marketing, engineering, a clinical/medical field, or a related discipline
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in the military and/or as a medical practitioner is highly preferred (Nursing, EMS, Technician, Educator, etc.)
- Experience selling diverse product portfolios across multiple sales models (e.g., capital equipment, software, services, professional services), with hands-on experience in at least two of these areas.
Location & Travel
- Must reside in the assigned territory (Mid Atlantic) and close to a major airport.
- Travel required (approximately 6080%)
