Sales Specialist - Histology Instruments

We’re looking for a driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and wants to help build a world‑class commercial organization.

In This Role
  • Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory and maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support assistance, coordinating product demos, installs, and training.
  • Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems’ influence and presence across territories.
  • Monitor competitive activities and strategies, utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue Sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
  • Deepen and leverage knowledge of Leica Biosystems products, tools, and the Danaher Business System.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree OR equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience (or equivalent). Proven time‑management skills.
  • Proven contract negotiation and high‑level selling experience or experience selling in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with  or other CRM software;
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Travel and Motor Vehicle Record Requirements
  • Ability to travel 50‑75% overnight for territory coverage and/or company meetings.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Additional Plus Skills
  • Prior capital sales experience.

Position is fully remote within the assigned territory.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000, with bonus/incentive pay possible. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
