We are seeking a stellar Account Executive to drive sales of our advertising and website solutions, cultivating new business within the legal community.

• Acquire new accounts through outbound cold‑calling, networking, and marketing initiatives targeting attorneys and legal firms.
• Present and educate prospects on Martindale‑Avvo advertising solutions and related products.
• Manage negotiations, close transactions, and communicate ROI to clients.
• Consistently exceed new‑business revenue goals in a dynamic environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and market conditions.

• Fearless, coachable, competitive attitude with a positive daily mindset.
• Strong organizational, detail‑orientation, and time‑management skills.
• Leadership experience highly valued.
• Experience communicating with prospects or customers.
• Experience in short‑sales cycles, retail, or hospitality management a plus.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and technical tools a plus.
