Homecare Sales Representative – New Jersey
Join Fisher & Paykel Healthcare to serve as a Homecare Sales Representative in New Jersey. In this role you will support our mission to improve patient care through world‑leading respiratory and sleep equipment solutions.

Responsibilities- Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory.
- Conduct customer visits, introducing FPH homecare products, therapy approaches and their benefits.
- Educate customers and provide post‑sales education and support.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
- Track opportunities, sales and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce.
- Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH homecare products.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business‑to‑business model or 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, organization and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory.
The anticipated compensation range for this territory is $126,000 to $136,000 at plan with monthly over‑plan commissions achievable (this amount includes both base and variable commission).
