Overview
Temporary Research Assistant (Nutrition & Food Systems) for the Department of Health Behavior, Society and Policy (HSAP) within the School of Public Health, located in Newark, NJ. The Temporary Research Assistant will assist the Principal Investigator with conducting a scoping review to inform a background paper on food systems drivers of food environments and healthy diets. The role will support research activities including literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and preparing peer‑reviewed manuscripts.
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant (Nutrition & Food Systems). This is a part‑time, hourly position.
Responsibilities- Conduct literature reviews and assist with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Assist with preparing peer‑reviewed manuscripts.
- Support other research activities related to nutrition and food systems as directed by the Principal Investigator.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- FLSA:
Nonexempt - Grade: 99H
- Salary: $25/hour
- Minimum Salary: $15.92
