Job Summary:As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our care team, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with input from the healthcare team
- Perform routine nursing tasks, such as wound care and vital sign checks
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance as needed
