Responsibilities
  • Takes an active role in direct resident assessment and care;
  • Administers medication and/or treatment and documentation of same to residents;
  • Responsible for clinical documentation related to resident activity;
  • Assists in developing and implementing resident care plan and nursing care plan;
  • Counts and records class drugs when beginning and ending shift;
  • Communicates pertinent data to charge nurse, superior and/or physician;
