RN – Critical Care (Newark, NJ)
Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications for this RN – Critical Care position. Candidates with experience in critical care specialties such as Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, burn care, Chest tube, ECMO, external pacemaker, high acuity, intra‑aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post‑MI thermo care, post‑cardiac surgery care, post‑neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA administration, transplant, or vascular intervention are strongly encouraged to apply.

$70,920 to $117,990 per year
Qualifications- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to function effectively under stress
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
- Monitor and provide care to patients who are critically ill, unstable, and/or life‑threatening conditions
- Manage various life‑support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring
- Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
- Administer medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families about the patient’s condition and care plan
