Stepdown / PCU RN – Night 3×12-Hour (19:00–07:30) – Quick Overview Shift/Length:
Night, 3×12 hrs | 13-week contract | Auto-offer

Experience:

2+ years PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required Trauma/Facility:
Level II trauma center required;
Level I/Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Weekends:
Every other weekend Floating:
As required Requirements:
Strong LVAD experience, titration of insulin and cardiac drips Patient Ratio: ~1:4 (Stepdown; may vary by acuity) Patient Population / Diagnoses:
Heart, Lung, Kidney transplant patients Heart failure, hypertension, cardiac rhythm issues Pulmonary hypertension (including IV prostacyclin) LVAD patients Trach/vented patients with multi-organ issues Neurologic patients requiring frequent assessments/suction/turning:
Stroke (stable/acute) TBI, intracranial hemorrhage Lumbar drain, cervical spinal cord injury Peri-operative neurosurgical patients Chronic neuromuscular disorders Drug ingestion/overdose requiring close neuro, pulmonary, cardiac monitoring Ostomy care, pain management
