Case Manager - St. Bridget's

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking a
Full Time Case Manager for our
St. Bridget's Residence Shelter
, located in Newark, NJ.

• Responsible in assisting clients with the appropriate service referrals as well as developing a service plan to enable clients to meet their potential goals.
• Linking individual clients to services with program activities that suitable for clients needs.
• Responsible for continuity of care and assuring clients are maintaining productivity.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years related experience required
