We’re hiring a Production Associate for our Lotting Department — a key role that keeps our production operations moving efficiently and accurately.

• $17 per hour
• Consistent Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and organizing products to meet customer specifications and production demands.

• Open meat boxes throughout the day to support production needs
• Segregate meat by type and weight according to customer requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized lotting room
• Remove and dispose of empty boxes, vacuum bags, and other materials
• Learn trimming processes with the opportunity to expand your skillset
• Follow all company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies to ensure safety and quality
