Printing feeder operator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printing Feeder Operator at our facility in Newark, NJ. The Printing Feeder Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation of printing machinery, including preparing and supplying materials for print production, maintaining equipment efficiency, and troubleshooting basic setup or feeding issues. The role also includes monitoring overall print quality, assisting with bindery and finishing operations, and ensuring adherence to safety, operational protocols, and production schedules.

• Experience in Printer Support, Printing, and Print Production
• Familiarity with Bindery processes and operations
• Knowledge of Inkjet technologies and related printing workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor print quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude to maintain and troubleshoot printing machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in the packaging or printing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are an advantage
