Vice President of Sales, Light Industrial Staffing (East Coast)
Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead the growth and performance of multiple East Coast offices. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced sales and operations executive who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and has a proven track record of scaling multi-branch staffing operations—preferably within transportation, logistics, and commercial staffing.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional growth strategy, driving revenue and margin performance, building strong client partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, recruiting, compliance, and client service. You will also help strengthen alignment across domestic operations and global support teams, ensuring a cohesive leadership culture and consistent execution of corporate strategy.

What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a regional strategic growth plan for multiple East Coast offices, aligned with corporate mission, values, and strategy.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across new markets with the goal of launching one office in 2026 and adding second and third offices by 2027.
- Represent our client in the marketplace through industry associations, networking, and professional events to increase visibility and market share.
- Hire, mentor, and lead regional and branch leadership teams to consistently achieve revenue, margin, and performance targets.
- Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, development, and collaboration.
- Ensure strong cultural alignment across business operations and within leadership team dynamics.
- Oversee branch operations including sales execution, recruiting performance, compliance, and client service.
- Implement standardized processes, KPIs, and performance scorecards across branches for scalable, repeatable growth.
- Provide oversight and guidance to sales and recruiting work groups based in the Philippine Islands, ensuring alignment with U.S.
-based operations and service standards. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships with carriers, 3PLs, logistics companies, and industrial clients.
- Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Drive strategic account development and retention through consistent value delivery and service excellence.
- Own divisional budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability.
- Monitor business performance and proactively adjust strategy to meet growth and profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and transportation regulations.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in staffing, preferably in transportation and/or commercial staffing.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling multi-branch operations.
- Strong knowledge of staffing in commercial driver, warehousing, manufacturing, and administrative environments.
- Proven P&L leadership with strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, margin management).
- Exceptional leadership presence with strong communication, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity and thrive in a growth-oriented organization.
- Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. to support corporate goals and grow market share.
