Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day business functions and ensure efficient operational performance across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, team leadership, and logistics, with the ability to support both strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and streamline daily operations across multiple departments.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring productivity and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to operations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to support organizational needs.
- Monitor supply chain, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable solutions.
- Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
- Lead and support special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations management or similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
