** The ideal candidate will possess the following:
*** 3 – 5 years of industry knowledge and experience working on tractors, trailers, and forklifts
* 3 – 5 years of management or supervisory experience
* Strong technical and communication skills
* Ability to work in and develop a team atmosphere
* Experience and understanding of working within a budget
* Strong knowledge of Class 8 truck & trailer repair
* Knowledge of Microsoft office
* Excellent multitasking and organization skills
** Duties include, but are not limited to:
*** Hiring, training, and development of mechanical staff
* Maintain efficient productivity levels
* Ensuring shop stays in compliance with set budget
* Oversight of satellite locations with a small hourly staff
* Managing parts inventory
* General maintenance and repairs on company trailers
* Enforce & practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment
* Follow all D.O.T. and OSHA safety standards
