MAINTENANCE WORKER
SUMMARY: The Leaguers, Incorporated is seeking Full-time and Part-time Maintenance Workers for its Head Start and Early Head Start Centers.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
A Maintenance Worker will provide custodial and minor maintenance for program centers, inclusive of classrooms, offices, and common areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily cleaning of program centers, inclusive of classrooms, bathrooms, offices, playgrounds and common areas;
- Maintain utilities, equipment, fixtures, and materials for the facility and grounds;
- Responsible for ensuring that the center meets licensing standards at all times and is a safe and hazard-free environment for children.
- Preferably a High School Diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of custodial experience;
- Knowledge of minor repairs;
- Scheduling flexibility to include availability to perform occasional emergency services outside of assigned work hours.
$19.42 hourly
