Litigation Associate Attorney

Pay: $120,000 - $160,000

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in NJ litigation

Work setting: In-person at the Roseland, NJ office. After 1 year, hybrid schedule options may be available.

• Handle litigation matters including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, manage discovery.
• Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Engage with clients directly, including meetings in the day and evening.

• Licensed in New Jersey.
• At least 3 years of attorney experience, with more welcomed.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
