Salary $125,000 - $175,000 per year

- Manage all phases of complex construction defect cases involving representation of architects, engineers, surveyors and other design professionals on construction projects.
- Assist with commercial litigation cases as needed.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
- Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; provide timely, practical advice aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups (real estate, construction, land use) on matters with parallel transactional or regulatory issues.
- Bar Admissions New Jersey (required) plus Pennsylvania (strongly preferred) or New York (nice to have).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong research and writing skills; comfort with courtroom appearances and client interaction.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and drive matters forward with minimal oversight.
- Clerkship experience and/or federal practice experience welcomed but not required
