• Provide legal assistance and support to Bankruptcy Attorneys in handling bankruptcy cases.
• Prepare and file various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Conduct bankruptcy‑related research and assist with all aspects of bankruptcy transactions.
• Follow up on case status and docket relevant information, ensuring future follow‑up dates are met.
• Perform bankruptcy searches using various databases and docket results.
• Draft and review legal documents, including bankruptcy motions.
• Assist with electronic court filings and collaborate with clients and third parties to resolve issues.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal in a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management systems like iManage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both individually and in a team setting.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver high‑quality work to attorneys and clients.

• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate required.
