One has partnered with a growing legal services organization that supports law firms nationwide to identify experienced Case Managers to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for case management professionals who want meaningful career growth beyond the traditional law firm structure.
- Currently staffed with 8 Case Managers
- Targeting 10+ team members
, with continued growth expected - Leadership is intentionally selective and focused on long-term retention and advancement
- This organization is not a law firm
, but works closely with law firms - Many legal professionals hit a ceiling in law firms —
that ceiling does not exist here - Clear paths to advancement, including future leadership roles in:
- Discovery
- Pre-litigation
- They are seeking people who want to stay, grow, and move up
- Base salary: $50K–$60K (depending on experience)
- Spanish-speaking candidates: additional $3K annually
- Incentives are paid bi-weekly with regular paychecks
- $20,000+ per year in incentives tied to:
- Attendance and punctuality
- Incentives are considered part of the day-to-day role
, not a stretch goal - Additional bonuses available during peak or crunch periods
- Opportunities for overtime and deadline-based incentives (formal policies in progress)
- Direct case management experience is required
- High-volume caseloads
- Practice areas include:
- Medical Malpractice
- Mass Tort
- Secondary experience considered:
Insurance Defense or Plaintiff-side litigation
- Heavy involvement in:
- Medical record review and retrieval
- Discovery support
- Certification is not required
- Proven experience managing cases in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable juggling multiple firms and competing deadlines
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable
- Interested in long-term growth, stability, and increased earning potential
