A leading energy company is seeking a Deputy General Counsel & Chief Litigation Counsel to oversee significant litigation and government investigations. The candidate will manage a team of litigators and coordinate all internal and external activities related to litigated matters. This role requires extensive legal experience, particularly in litigation, along with strong strategic and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will possess a JD and be a member of at least one state bar.
