We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. The role supports Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You will negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the United States and abroad, and manage litigation.

• Strong academic and professional background.

• Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
