SAP EAM QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP EAM QA Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions within the SAP EAM and ERP environment for utilities. This role works closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure SAP EAM solutions meet business needs while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Perform quality assurance reviews of business requirements and validate their translation into functional specifications for SAP EAM solutions.
• Provide QA oversight on configuration and customization of SAP EAM/ERP modules to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct QA validation of SAP EAM processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP EAM/ERP and other systems.
• Support quality assurance activities for system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in validating training materials for end users.
• Perform QA analysis and validation of issues related to SAP EAM/ERP functionality and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends to recommend and drive continuous QA improvements.
