Role Overview :
Achieve is looking for a strategic, data-driven Paid Media Manager to drive growth in our digital acquisition channels including search, social, display, and third-party U.S. based lead platforms. This role is critical in fueling our enrollment funnel with high-quality leads while balancing cost-efficiency and scalability. Reporting to the Director, Online Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, You Tube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads
• Launch and scale remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
• Oversee lead generation platforms and vendor performance.
• Track and improve key metrics like CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ongoing A/B testing
• Maintain compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and internal data privacy policies
• Deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations and insights
Desired
Skills and Experience:
• 2- 4+ years in paid media, lead generation, or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing $50k+ monthly ad budgets
• Familiarity with third-party lead platforms, partner negotiations, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing, GA4, and Looker Studio
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data, dashboards, and conversion tracking
• Bonus:
Understanding of lead delivery systems, CRMs, and webhook/API integrations
