Technology Architect - Automation (UFT, RFT, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium and other open source tools), TDM techniques (Healthcare Domain)

Duration:
Full Time

• Assist/mentor team members in automated test development.
• Work with automation engineers to design frameworks and automation solutions.
• Support and mentor onsite-offshore team members.
• Experience with source control, build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, Team City.
• Produce clear, concise, and meaningful test reporting.
• Work in test management tools – Quality Center, ALM, Jira.
• Define and document test cases based on user stories and plan for continuous automation.
• Provide knowledge of Web Services and latest API services; support end-to-end testing and system integration testing.
• Operate across multiple SDLC models (waterfall, agile and iterative) and automation needs across various technologies including mainframe.
• Mentor and support non-functional testing requirements as needed.
• Demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills to interact with interfacing organizations and deliver projects on time.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with IT.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
• At least 7 years of experience in project execution.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Analytical skills.
• At least 7 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.
• At least 7 years of in-depth experience in Automation testing.
• Experience of framework design and development in test automation tools such as UFT, RFT, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium and other open source tools (6+ years).
• At least 4+ years of experience in Test data management techniques to support automation needs.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Unix along with shell/perl/python scripting.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain and domain interfaces (EDI) understanding.
• Experience in supporting all SDLC models (waterfall, agile and iterative).
• Experience in supporting automation needs across multiple technologies including mainframe.
• Thorough knowledge in white box test techniques and strong in code coverage concepts & implementation.
• Experience in producing clear, concise and meaningful test reporting.
• Working experience in test management tools - Quality Center, ALM, Jira.
• Prior experience in mentoring and supporting non-functional testing requirements is highly preferred.
• Effective interaction with interfacing organizations and teamwork to deliver projects on time.
• Knowledge of Web Services and latest API services is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in End-to-End testing and system integration testing is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience and energy to work efficiently.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
