Lab Vantage LIMS Specialist JD:
Key Responsibilities:At least 2-4 years of experience with Lab Vantage LIMS or similar LIMS systems.Experience in laboratory environments and understanding of laboratory workflows.Familiarity with Lab Vantage LIMS architecture and database schema.Experience with system integrations and data migrations.Assist in the implementation and deployment of the Lab Vantage LIMS, ensuring it meets the specific needs of our laboratory operations.Customize and configure Lab Vantage modules, workflows, and reports to fit the laboratory's unique requirements.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the Lab Vantage LIMS to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide first-line support to laboratory users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Lab Vantage LIMS.Ensure the LIMS meets all relevant regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, quality assurance, and laboratory personnel, to gather requirements and implement solutions.Continuously evaluate and optimize the Lab Vantage LIMS to enhance functionality, efficiency, and user experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.Ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
