You’ll be equal parts inventor and catalyst—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in piem experiences while reimagining our design-to-development workflow to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate innovation. You’ll champion a “build to think” philosophy where prototyping isn’t just part of the handoff—it's how you explore the future, prove out new concepts, and discover solutions that traditional design methods can’t uncover.

As a Senior UX Design Technologist, you will...

• Partner with UX designers, researchers, and engineers to evaluate concepts, refine interactions, and ensure design intent carries through to implementation.

• Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners.
• Experience in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS and Java script.
• Experience building prototypes to advance design thinking and the final product experience. étude
• Knowledge of UX and Visual Design concepts and best practices.
• Experience metallic well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
• Experience translating design concepts into high‑fidelity, performant code across web and/or mobile surfaces.
• Knowledge of databases and AWS database services:
  Elastic Search, Redshift, Dynamo

• Knowledge of AWS tech stack (e.g., AWS Redshift, S3, EC2, Glue).
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers, or experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
