- 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Presales, or UX‑driven Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar platforms like Salesforce, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision‑making
- Previous experience working with or selling to the Manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, ITSM/CSM/HRSD processes, inscrit integration principles
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, שווער conversational UX design
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
