A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical BA

Position type:
Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Plano, TX

As a Technical BA, you will:

Must have skills:

• Gather, document, and validate business; create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Experience with SQL – who can write, understand complex SQL queries.
• The individual will be supporting data mapping, data lineage, and data quality assessments for financial crimes systems.
• Banking experience

Responsibilities:

• Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements.
• Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
• Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
• Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA. Experience with Agile methodologies.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45 - $50 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
