A leading investment firm is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our Debt Salesforce instance
. This contract-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building dashboards, and is passionate about data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for business stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through audits, cleanups, and de-duplication processes
- Provide user support
, troubleshooting issues and managing ticket resolution - Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Analyze current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions
- Partner with business and system teams to resolve technical and functional issues
- Assist with reporting and maintain process documentation
- Support user onboarding, conduct training sessions, and encourage platform adoption
- Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and recommend feature enhancements
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce operational support
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with automating processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Background in financial services or real estate
- Comfortable working in large, matrixed organizations
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships
