Contract Type: Contractor-to-Permanent

Pay Rate: Up to $40hr W2 (No C2C)

A leading investment firm is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our Debt Salesforce instance
. This contract-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building dashboards, and is passionate about data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, cleanups, and de-duplication processes
  • Provide user support
    , troubleshooting issues and managing ticket resolution
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Analyze current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions
  • Partner with business and system teams to resolve technical and functional issues
  • Assist with reporting and maintain process documentation
  • Support user onboarding, conduct training sessions, and encourage platform adoption
  • Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and recommend feature enhancements
What You’ll Bring :
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce operational support
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with automating processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in financial services or real estate
  • Comfortable working in large, matrixed organizations
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships
