As a Lead, Business Systems Analyst in GT AMFM ERM and CIO Technology Team, you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers and delivery professionals to deliver transformative self‑service capabilities and financial data that enable analytical insight and support Prudential’s portfolio and risk management decisions. You will serve as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas, identify requirements, create specifications, coordinate with project teams and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets to solve sophisticated business problems and deploy innovative products and experiences that delight our customers.

- Lead product vision and communicate the story to stakeholders and the team; coach others with occasional guidance.
- Solve extremely complex problems that require evaluation of intangible variables.
- Collaborate with product owners to define feature stories and with technical leads to design robust solutions that produce business impact.
- Own end‑to‑end product strategy from inception and determine value once the solution enters production.
- Prioritize user stories in line with product vision and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering;
Analytics or related field. - Agile development methodologies and Test‑Driven Development (TDD).
- Business concepts, tools and processes for sound decision making in a financial context.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep experience and/or expertise with:
- Project/Product Management – planning, monitoring, status reporting and agile scaling.
- Effective Communication – transmitting and interpreting ideas accurately.
- Decision‑Making & Critical Thinking – analyzing situations and making informed judgments.
- Business Acumen – applying knowledge to diverse situations.
- Interpersonal Relationships – working with business partners and software developers.
- Financial Acumen – understanding financial metrics and company accounts.
- Analytical Thinking – determining root causes and creating alternative solutions.
- Preferred: analytical, conceptual and critical thinking; strong understanding of database and reporting structures; proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or IBM Cognos Analytics; SQL and Python experience; knowledge of fixed‑income and derivatives; 5+ years in investment technology, risk management, portfolio management or ALM functions; familiarity with Black Rock Aladdin is a plus.

Specific pricing may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
