What will you do:The PGIM Real Estate Information Systems team is seeking a strategic and technically adept Business Systems Analyst to lead transformation initiatives focused on enhancing our CRM platform and advancing data-driven projects. The Business Systems Analyst will partner with the Chief Product Owner – Debt, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver high value solutions that enhance our borrower relationship management processes and data initiatives.
This is a 1-year contract to perm hybrid position located in PGIM Real Estate’s Dallas office.
- Lead requirements, discovery, and solution design for borrower relationship management and debt data projects, partnering with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
- Develop deep understanding of system data integrations and architect solutions to enhance connectivity between CRM platforms and other systems.
- Provide technical guidance on CRM protocols and compliance requirements.
- Build strong knowledge of real estate debt data and data modeling to design tailored datasets for analytics.
- Support requirements gathering and design for dashboard development and analytics, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Develop, track, and implement minimum viable products (MVPs) for borrower relationship management and data projects.
- Partner with system administrators and technical teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Identify quick wins to drive operational efficiency and adoption across platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles.
- 1+ years’ experience managing Salesforce solutions for customer relationship management.
- 3+ years Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience using databases and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Skilled in user requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in managing business requirements and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and high-quality solution delivery.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services
- Salesforce Certification
- Prior software development experience
