Primary Talent Partners has a 6 month contract opening for a Benefits Administrator to join a national banking client for an onsite position operating out of Newark, NJ.
Pay: $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr based on experience and academia
Contract: 6 months, extensions likely, conversion possible
Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship
Responsibilities- Supports vendor management responsibilities for System-wide benefits programs and may include direct accountability for a generally lower impact/low complexity program.
- Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, stakeholders, plan participants and Federal Reserve System partners like Payroll.
- Prepares reporting and works with Office of Employee Benefits team members to prepare analytics for the team to assess program engagement.
- Outlines key points of routine benefits communications for dedicated communications team.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Broad experience in benefit plans’ administration, operations (payroll and/or recordkeeping) and data analysis
- Understanding of governmental plans and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) provisions governing qualified and non-qualified benefits plans
- Ability to manage third party vendors and build productive business relationships.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
