What You’ll Do
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation and document completion.
  • Assist with phone screen and reference checks of candidates.
  • Conduct in-person training for new and existing employees on company systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Provide Managers with assistance during the performance reviews process.
  • Keep all HR files organized and compliant.
  • Maintain both Compliance and HR calendars.
  • Perform audit related compliance tasks as assigned.
  • Additional HR and Compliance duties as required.
What You Bring
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the company
  • High attention to detail and ability to retain new information quickly
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to compliance excellence
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
