Position Summary:

Lead Service Assistants are responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience by ensuring OTG occupied areas, including markets and restaurants, look clean, neat, and presentable to the public. By performing a variety of basic maintenance tasks, an OTG Service Assistant can help uphold the image of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the Markets and Restaurants by keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and Maintaining stock in an organized and clean fashion
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform Covid safety procedures by sanitizing surfaces
• Notify supervisors or managers of major cleaning jobs.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the restaurants and markets.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes the storeroom including shelving, floors, lights, and vents Maintain knowledge of airport terminal and restaurants Other duties, as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read invoices and count product
• Must obtain Serv Safe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
• Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 85 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve product
• Ability to pull/push product cart
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, to stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions--must be flexible

Pay rate: $25 per hour.
