Part‑Time Patient Services Coordinator – PT Solutions Physical Therapy

At PT Solutions Physical Therapy, we’re a clinician‑founder, mission‑driven community dedicated to expanding access to life‑changing care. As a Patient Service Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers—ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Perform over‑the‑counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

• High School diploma or GED (submission of diploma required)
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Spanish speaking (bilingual)

• Part Time – Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 7 pm (16 hours per week)

Pay range: $17‑$18 per hour (subject to experience, background, and location; salary growth within the position).
