Our client is a 550+ bed financially sound health system with multiple campuses.
They have retained our firm to identify a Blood Bank Manager with the following qualifications:
Required Credential(s):
- Certified Clinical Medical Technologist (ASCP) credentialed from the American.
- Society of Clinical Pathologists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- BA or BS:
Medical Technology.
Work Experience:
- 5 years Clinical Lab, 3 years in section.
- Experience with successful CAP/Joint Commission surveys.
- Ability to identity areas of improvement and implementing fixes.
