Seeking a Residential Counselor (Behavioral Care Specialist) for 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) at a facility in Camden, NJ, working with adolescents.

- Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of youth care experience, physical ability to perform restraints, and CPR/First Aid certification. - Responsibilities: establish supportive relationships; supervise daily routines; implement behavioral and treatment plans; facilitate activities; ensure safety; maintain documentation. Must follow policies, participate in training, and support trauma‑informed care and youth development.
- Additional duties: transportation, household tasks, and supporting program operations. Flexibility for holidays and extra shifts is needed.
