Overview
The Clinician role involves providing direct patient care through individual, family, and group counseling, developing personalized treatment plans, and performing comprehensive assessments.
Responsibilities- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Document patient progress accurately.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and external organizations.
- Advocate for clients, maintain community resource knowledge, and supervise interns if applicable.
- Transport patients.
- Adhere to behavioral management protocols.
- Participate in clinical supervision.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related fields.
- Valid licensure (LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW).
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and ongoing professional development.
