Job Title
Counselor – Partial Care Hospitalization Program (Adolescents)
Job OverviewSeeking a Counselor for a 10‑month position in a Partial Care Hospitalization Program focused on adolescents. This full‑time role offers weekdays, a pay rate of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, and full benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a therapeutic environment.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions.
- Provide observational feedback.
- Document patient progress.
- Transport patients as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with children in behavioral and mental health settings.
- Certification in Handle With Care behavior management system.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
