As an HHA with Affended Home Care, you will support clients in maintaining safety, comfort, and independence in their homes by providing:
- Personal care and grooming assistance
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
- Minimum of 1 year HHA experience
- Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certificate
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Current physical exam (within 1 year)
- Valid PPD or Quanti
FERON (within 1 year) or chest X‑ray (within 5 years) - Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
- Driver’s license preferred
