Clinical Fellowship- Speech Language Pathologist

Overview

Therapy Associates is hiring Clinical Fellows who are seeking placement to complete their required hours to receive their permanent license. We have experienced and dedicated supervisors on staff. Therapy Associates takes pride in the relationships with its providers. Our admin staff supports Early Intervention practitioners by coordinating with service coordinators and families to ensure that cases are handled with professionalism. We have active tech support and an interactive website to streamline service logging and billing responsibilities.

• Provide services to clients according to the treatment plan, evaluate and maintain records of clients  progress.
• Report progress to parents and suggest activities they can do with their child to support the speech therapy program. Address questions and concerns to enhance understanding of the program.
• Repeat evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
• Meet with the team to review and discuss evaluations of clients  skills demonstrated in sessions.
• Maintain current knowledge of professional literature and attend seminars regularly to update professional skills.
