Responsibilities- Launch or grow a private practice by taking insurance and joining Headway’s network.
- Work with insurance plans to expand client access and increase earnings.
- Utilize Headway’s built-in tools (EHR, scheduling, client messaging) to manage practice operations.
- Fully licensed Mental Health Counselor at a Master’s level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure (state-accepted on a case-by-case basis).
- Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
