* Lead the
** enterprise strategy and governance
** for Technology Asset Management (HAM, SAM), CMDB, and Technology Lifecycle Management.
* Establish and maintain
** standards, policies, and operating models
** to ensure consistent asset lifecycle management and data quality.
* Ensure
** accuracy, completeness, and integrity
** of technology asset and configuration data used for risk, compliance, and financial reporting.
* Partner with
** Risk, Compliance, and Audit
** to support regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, NYDFS, NIST) and audit readiness.
* Collaborate with
** Finance and Procurement
** to enable license compliance, cost optimization, and chargeback/showback models.
* Define and track
** KPIs, KRIs, and data quality metrics
** related to asset compliance, lifecycle health, and risk exposure.
* Lead vendor and managed service relationships aligned to asset governance outcomes.
* Communicate asset risks, trends, and insights to senior leadership and governance forums.
* Proven experience in
** Technology Asset Management, CMDB, or Technology Lifecycle Management**.
* Demonstrated ability to design and operate
** enterprise governance frameworks**.
* Experience working in
** regulated environments
** with strong risk and compliance expectations.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with
** Service Now Asset Management and CMDB
** preferred.
