Business Analyst - Financial Management Transformation; Hybrid

Position: Business Analyst - Financial Management Transformation (Hybrid)

* 3-5 years of diversified experience in Finance Reporting (GAAP/Management reporting), with a focus on planning & analysis, capital management, or investments / financial modeling
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis) and foundational knowledge of Power BI
* Problem solving skills including the ability to identify solutions and alternatives for high priority challenges.
* Ability to drive progress and navigate with tenacity.
* Ability to ‘connect the dots’ between the main concepts of finance, treasury, actuarial, risk etc.
* Excellent execution and business partnering skills, along with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated success working on a cross-functional team that achieved long-term goals while managing short-term challenges
* Willingness to learn innovative technologies, and process re-engineering
* MBA, CPA, or CFA
* Experience building dashboards, reports in Power BI or other visualization tools
* Exposure to process redesign and mapping
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or large data sets
* Exposure to programming or query languages such as Python, C#, SQL
